    Meth, fentanyl, cocaine seized in drug arrests

    Two people have been arrested and drugs and weapons seized after authorities executed a search warrant at a home in Yadkinville on Aug. 21.

    As part of a narcotics investigation, the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 1605 Fred Hinshaw Road in Yadkinville last week. According to the Sheriff's Office, the investigation was the result of a joint operation involving multiple agencies including local, state, and federal, as well as authorities from Forsyth County.

    During the search of the residence detectives located 274 grams of methamphetamine, 18 grams of fentanyl, 3.5 grams of crack cocaine, and multiple firearms. Detectives also located equipment used in the manufacturing processes to convert these controlled substances into pill/capsule form for distribution.

    Two suspects were determined to be residing at the location which was being utilized as a dwelling for the sale and use of controlled substances.

    Tiffany Lea Hall, age 28 of Yadkinville, and Aaron Markel Carroll, age 34 of Charlotte, were arrested.

    ​Hall was charged with the following:

    • 1 felony count of Level Two Trafficking in Methamphetamine

    • 1 felony count of Level Two Trafficking in Fentanyl/Opiates

    • 2 felony counts of Conspiracy to Traffic Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 2 felony counts of Manufacturing Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 3 felony counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell and Deliver Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 1 felony count of Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale/Use of Controlled Substances

    • 1 felony count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

    Hall received a $500,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Yadkin County Court on Sept. 4.

    Carroll was charged with the following:

    • 1 felony count of Level Two Trafficking in Methamphetamine

    • 1 felony count of Level Two Trafficking in Fentanyl/Opiates

    • 2 felony counts of Conspiracy to Traffic Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 2 felony counts of Manufacturing Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 3 felony counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell and Deliver Sch. II Controlled Substances

    • 1 felony count of Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale/Use of Controlled Substances

    • 1 felony count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

    Carroll received a $300,000 secured bond and is also scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 4. Carroll was out on a $150,000 secured bond from Iredell County for trafficking methamphetamine at the time these offenses occurred.
