Property owners for any housing, regardless of how high or low taxes go up, charge as much a profit they can get balanced with state by state averages. There's no heart one way or another, it's about a profit. Banks do not care, young or old, if they put to the street an owner of a home getting behind even when there are safety nets or programs possible. The stories are there and the stories are here and it's sickening
