I believe it because you see the product of their teachings in their students. I'm not from Louisiana, and it pains me to see the lack of education these kids are receiving. I would be willing to challenge anyone that most teachers in public schools could not pass an entrance exam to a private or charter school. So how can they teach anyone. These kids are being taught to fail, and that's very disheartening.
