Laura there is absolutely no reason for someone to be so intentionally stupid as you were trying to appear. that's not how facts and figures work. we're supposed to have at least a core bare minimum of shared knowledge, there should be no way that you should be an adult and have graduated at least the 8th grade and not understand the bare minimum. when it is done percentage wise it is the total amount of that group. and out of the total amount of that group, caucasians percentage wise outnumber all other groups combined on public assistance. Hit them with facts. that social services welfare and food assistance was invented, along with another program called social security in August 14,1935 my FDR. at the time the social services available will only for Caucasian people which included not just single parents but families. it wasn't until after the civil Rights bill that people of African descent and other races were allowed to receive assistance from the public welfare. they were forced to pay into it, they just didn't receive anything from it. 1970 blacks and other ethnic groups, we're allowed assistance if needed. Verifiable facts show that more Caucasians per capita receive public assistance in the form of welfare housing or food, then all of the percentages of ethnic groups combined.
