Progress at the Route 518 - 206 Intersection, Montgomery Promenade, and a New Cell Tower
Montgomery Township has made further progress on the Route 518 and 206 intersection. The owner of the abandoned Texaco gas station has agreed to demolish the building and we anticipate a permit to be submitted within the month. They join their neighbor – the vacant auto parts store – who submitted a demolition permit for review in February. In the meanwhile, the demolition work has been completed at 1026 Route 518 (behind Wawa) where the roof had collapsed [about 10 years ago].
