The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down Wednesday in Fulton County. The EF0 touched down in Broadalbin at 4:41 p.m. in the backyard of Cerrero’s Cuts on Route 29. It traveled across the road and impacted a residence on the north side of the highway. It knocked down a few tree limbs and uprooted two limbs, according to NWS.

The month of July has been a record month for tornados in New York State and another one was confirmed to have touched down earlier this week.
