William "Bill" Rouselle Jr., a longtime New Orleans political consultant, died Sunday at his Uptown home. He was 77. A New Orleans native and household name in local politics, Rouselle died just short of the 40th anniversary of Bright Moments, the public relations and marketing firm he founded with partner Kalamu ya Salaam. Rouselle and Salaam previously served as publisher and editor, respectively, of Black Collegian Magazine, a national publication based in New Orleans.
