Police Continue Search for Gardner Murder Suspect
GARDNER – Massachusetts State Police and Gardner Police continue to search for Aaron Pennington, who is wanted for the murder of his wife, Breanne Pennington. Pennington left his home at 42 Gardner St. in Gardner around 9 AM on Sunday, Oct. 22. The vehicle he was believed to be driving was found by a hunter off Kelton Street near Camp Collier the following night. Authorities believed him to be on foot at the time.
Shrewsbury Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography
WORCESTER – A local man who acted as a mentor as Shrewsbury High School was arrested on Monday for possession of and transporting child pornography. Brian Lingard, 60, of Shrewsbury, was in processing by U.S. Customs after a flight from Paris to Boston when images depicting child sexual abuse on his phone. When authorities searched his home, devices with additional images were found, according to federal prosecutors.

Suspect in WSU Shooting Taken into Custody in New York
WORCESTER – The teen wanted in connection with the fatal shooting at Worcester State University was taken into custody on Thursday morning. The office of Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr. announced this morning that Kevin Rodrigues, 18, of Lawrence, was taken into custody by in New York earlier today. Clark University Expands Scholarships to 1,100 in Worcester
WORCESTER – Clark University announced on Friday that it will expand its University Park Partnership Scholarship Zone for the first time since 2000..
