The LEGOLAND Discovery Center at the Great Mall in Milpitas offers a variety of attractions, including a LEGO ride, a 4D movie theater, a laser maze, and several LEGO building areas.

In addition, the center features a massive scale model of the San Francisco Bay Area made from millions of LEGO bricks. Among the many impressive details, visitors can discover a hidden tribute to the late actor Robin Williams.

This tribute is tucked away inside the model of the Golden Gate Bridge, which includes a representation of San Francisco’s iconic rainbow tunnel.

The tunnel, adorned with rainbows since the 1970s, was renamed the Robin Williams Tunnel in 2015, a year after the actor's death.

In honor of Williams, who lived in Marin County, the LEGO version of the tunnel features a tiny genie figure—an homage to one of his most beloved roles as the genie in Disney’s Aladdin.

This subtle tribute adds a heartwarming touch to the intricate model, recognizing Williams' legacy in both the Bay Area and entertainment history.

Visitors to the Milpitas LEGOLAND Discovery Center will have to look closely to spot this thoughtful Easter egg, but it’s a fitting nod to one of the region's most cherished figures.
