Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA – Art lovers and wine enthusiasts are invited to enjoy the 5th annual "Meet the Makers" tour, set to take place in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. The event offers an opportunity to meet 17 local artists, explore their galleries, and enjoy tastings of Monterey County wines and locally crafted beers.

The event will begin at Devendorf Park, where attendees can check in, receive their wine glass and wristband, and begin their tour through the charming streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The $45 ticket includes wine and beer tastings at each gallery stop, and all proceeds from the event will support the Youth Arts Collective and the Monterey Wines Scholarship Fund.

Participants are reminded that this is a strolling event, with walking between galleries required. Wine and beer consumption is only allowed inside the galleries due to local laws, and uneven surfaces in the historic downtown area should be taken into consideration.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to make dinner reservations, as light bites served during the event will not be sufficient for a full meal.

This year’s event is organized in partnership with Visit Carmel, Carmel Art Walk, and the Monterey County Vintners & Growers Association.
