Molloy School to become community center
With representatives from various groups from teens to seniors, Mayor Dorinda Borer announced Anna V. Malloy School on Meloy Road will be transformed into a multi-purpose community center, putting under one roof the many disparate programs offered to city residents. The festivities began at noon, with the Civil Air Patrol— Suwannee River Composite Squadron raising the American flag at the center of the Greenway to kick off the opening ceremony. The ceremony also marked the official opening of vendor booths, allowing attendees to visit local candidates and browse through a variety of handmade goods.
