The water is flowing downstream into Lake Travis, which is expected to rise in the coming days.

Tuberculosis Has Broken Out in Texas Prison System
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice acknowledges that tuberculosis has broken out in one of its largest prisons, the maximum-security John B.
