The 2023-2024 Wabash College basketball squad received Team Academic Excellence honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), announced Monday afternoon. Seven team members — Avery Beaver , Vinny Buccilla , Sam Comer , Ahmoni Jones , Champ McCorkle , Styles McCorkle , and Edreece Redmond — earned places on the 2024 NABC Honor Court for their individual academic achievement. Crime Scene Investigator Blake Minis began her service with the Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department in mid-June and has taken over her role as former Crime Scene Investigator Annie Greene starts a new role as an Intel Analyst. Feeding Team pantry No. 66 (above left) now sits at Mystic Images Tattoo Company, 164 N. 10th St., Noblesville, while No. 67 (above right) is at the old Westfield Playhouse in Eagletown (1836 W. State Road 32, Westfield). Both were fully stocked when they were installed last Friday afternoon. Thanks go out to Mystic Images and to Main Street Productions, which manages Basile Westfield Playhouse, for being kind enough to offer a little space for these self-service food pantries.
