Selvin’s To Debut Inside the Palm Garden Hotel

It looks like Selvin’s in the Palm Garden Hotel may finally be opening. Based in Thousand Oaks , the restaurant and lounge has been in the works since 2021 and is slated to open this June , according to Salar Sheik of Savory Hospitality , who is consulting on the project.

“It’s going to be a beautiful restaurant with coastal California vibes,” said Sheik.

The upscale space is lined with flowers and decorated with marble countertops, green velvet upholstery, cognac leather seats, wicker chairs, and wood and gold accents. The mood travels all the way through to the cutlery, with dishes and drinks served on ceramic plates and in delicate glassware. The menu will include entrees like corn ravioli, pizza, poke, seafood, as well as a number of craft cocktails.

The Palm Garden Hotel recently underwent a $3.5 million renovation that includes a new heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi with cabanas, 12,000 square feet of refurbished meeting space, and indoor and outdoor event venues. The addition of Selvin’s promises to make the hotel even more attractive for locals and visitors alike.

Savory Hospitality , a restaurant consulting firm, is working on a number of other projects, including Madame Tussauds new rooftop restaurant and bar.
