Fruit Pizza Roll-Ups have proven to be favorite lunch or snack for kids of all ages. Cream cheese, honey, and your favorite thin-sliced fruit get wrapped up in a whole wheat tortilla for a healthy snack or in a packed lunch for kids.

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    1. It takes less than 5 minutes to make.
    2. These roll-ups are customizable. Mine were made with just a little fruit. You can add more if you want.
    3. You likely already have the ingredients
    4. Kids love them!

    Ingredients

Sometimes simple is best. This is why kid snacks like our Zucchini Breakfast Cookies, Pizza Quesadillas, and Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls.

Here are the ingredients you need for Fruit Pizza Roll-Ups:

    Exact Ingredients:

    • 4–6 whole wheat tortillas
    • 1 (8-ounce) tub of whipped cream cheese
    • 1–2 cups of fresh fruit, diced or sliced
    • 1/4 cup honey

    Ingredient Notes:

Cream Cheese – I like to use the whipped cream cheese for this recipe. It spreads much easier.

Flour Tortillas – You can use white or wheat.

Fruit – The more fruit you add, the harder it is to roll up but you can add as much as you want if you are ok with it being a little messy!

P.S. All this fruit can draw in fruit flies. Use our DIY Fruit Fly Traps if you have any problems!

    4. Spread the fruit all over the cream cheese and honey layer. You could also add in some sliced almonds or crushed pistachios for added crunch and protein.
