I do support law enforcement, but these days not blindly. There's not enough detail in this article to state 'totally justified'... Like, was this woman 5 yards and advancing, hurling verbal threats at the officer? Was she standing 75 feet or more away, not moving, or making threats, looking dazed? Did the officer make any attempt to deescalate besides saying 'drop the knife and 10 seconds later shoot? Did the woman have time to assimilate what he said and respond peacefully? You can't tell as this article is not much more than a headline, there's no evidence, no details to make ass umptions of right or wrong.
