    How to Make Steak Bites

Gather the ingredients listed below and follow the simple directions for a quick and easy garlic butter steak bites in no time.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional for a little spice)
    • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions:

    1. Season the steak pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes, if using. Make sure each piece is well coated well.
    2. In a large skillet, add the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired temperature. For medium-rare steak bites, cook for about 2 minutes per side. Adjust the cooking time based on your preference.
    3. Once the steak bites are cooked to your preference, remove them from the skillet and set them aside on a plate. Tent the plate with foil to keep the steak warm.
    4. Using the same skillet, add the butter and melt. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute. Stir well to combine.
    5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
    6. Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or as a main dish with a side of your choice.
