You only need 5 simple ingredients to create this delicious appetizer and let the slow cooker do the rest of the job.

Meatballs - We recommend using frozen meatballs made of pork, beef, and chicken from your local grocery store. Feel free to choose your favorite frozen meatballs for this recipe. You can use chicken or turkey meatballs too.

Grape Jelly - Any brand of grape jelly will do, but we like to use Smucker's grape jelly.

Chili Sauce - Adjust the amount according to your preferred level of spiciness. Any chili sauce that you have will work.

Barbecue Sauce - Our go-to choice for this recipe is Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce.

Garlic Powder - Just a touch adds a chili-garlic elevated flavor to the meatballs.

How to Make Grape Jelly Meatballs

    Ingredients you will need:

    • 32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs
    • 1 cup grape jelly
    • 1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    Follow these simple directions:

    1. Toss the frozen meatballs, grape jelly, barbecue sauce, chili sauce, and garlic powder into the slow cooker. Mix well until everything's blended together.
    2. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low for about 3-4 hours, stirring the meatballs halfway through.
    3. Once the're done, keep it covered and on the warm setting until you're ready to serve them.
    4. Optional: Sprinkle some parsley or chives on top for a touch of color.
    5. Serve as a snack, appetizer or meal with your favorite side dish.
