    Jalapeno Popper Dip is a great party appetizer. It’s made with creamy cream cheese, zesty diced jalapenos, and sharp cheddar, all topped with crunchy Panko bread crumbs and baked until it’s warm and gooey. The result is the most incredible dip, that tastes just like the jalapeno popper appetizer but it's much easier to make.

    You can serve this jalapeno dip with bagel chips, tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted crostini. It’s also a perfect spread on a toasted bagel or English muffin for a quick, tasty breakfast.

    Ingredients you will need:

    For the Cream Cheese Dip

    • 4 ounces diced canned jalapeños, drained from its liquid
    • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    For the Panko Topping

    • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter
    • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    RECIPE NOTES: You can substitute the sour cream for Greek yogurt in this recipe. If you love bacon, feel free to add in around 1/4 cup of crispy chopped bacon into the mix or sprinkle it on top for added color and flavor.

    You can also garnish this dip with finely chopped parsley or green onion for color or fresh jalapeno for some added spice.

    How to make this jalapeno dip

    For the Dip:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F.

    In a mixing bowl, use a mixer on medium speed to blend cream cheese, garlic powder, and sour cream until it’s well combined.

    Stir in the cheddar cheese, ¾ cup of parmesan cheese, and diced jalapenos until everything is mixed.

    Spread this mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.

    For the Topping:

    Mix together breadcrumbs, melted butter, ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture over the cream cheese layer.

    Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until it’s hot and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
