First Toledo area Sheetz to open Sept. 10
MAUMEE, Ohio (WTVG) - The first Sheetz in the Toledo area will be holding a grand opening celebration on Sept. 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. The Sheetz built at 1150 Clinic Drive in Maumee will be the first of six Toledo area locations to open. To celebrate, there will be a grand opening which will include giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The 17th Annual Hoffman Global Methodist Church Fine Arts Show was held in West Milton from August 9 to 11. Those in attendance had the opportunity to vote for their top three favorite pieces among the 56 pieces on display. Tallying up those votes led to the top three winners being: "Tall Grass" by Regina Whipp in first place; "Frog in Puddle" by Tom Kinarney in second place; and "Falling Water" by Ed Rapp in third place.
