Scot Baddley to retire after 20 years leading YMCA of Greenville
Scot Baddley, CEO and president of the YMCA of Greenville, is ending his 44-year career with the organization. Baddley will retire at the end of September. He has spent the last 20 years leading the local health and human services association in Greenville County. The YMCA of Greenville is the largest Y in the state, annually serving more than 70,000 members and program participants.

Two more Irmo Little League teams reach Regionals
Add two more Irmo Little League teams who have claimed state championships. On Tuesday, the 9-11 baseball team won its program-record fifth straight title in Greenville. They will advance to the Southeast Region Tournament of Champions in Wilson, N.C. In Florence, the Majors baseball team won its state title and will advance to the regional tournament in Warner Robbins, Ga. They join five other Irmo Little League teams who are playing in Regional tournaments starting Friday.
