One person dies in Eastern Shore plane crash
Maryland State Police responded to a fatal plane crash that occurred Tuesday morning in Talbot County. The deceased victim has been identified as Robert Eugene Merlini, 56, of Annapolis. Merlini was the pilot, and sole occupant of a twin engine Cessna that crashed in the Tred Avon River this morning.
