After what is being reported as an exchange of gunfire, a Damascus man was shot and mildly wounded by law enforcement officers Wednesday, June 26, in Tillamook. Joey De La Rosa Rodriguez, 37, of Damascus received non-life-threatening injuries during the exchange of gunfire.
