Danville Man Convicted on Carjacking and Murder Charges
A December 9th sentencing date has been set for a Danville man who was convicted on federal charges of carjacking and murder. Thirty-four-year-old Kevin Marshall was convicted on charges he carjacked and murdered Daniel Walter, 28, of rural Indiana. A jury returned five guilty verdicts against Marshall in U. S. District Court in Urbana.
