Wyoming Valley Woman’s Club plans fashion show fund-raiser

Wyoming Valley Woman’s Club members/models recently met at La Piazza Bella in Wilkes-Barre to finalize plans for the upcoming fashion show and fundraiser. The fashion show is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024 at the Woodlands, an Inn located in Plains, PA . This event benefits the Annual High School Scholarship Award. This year, the 2025 Recipient will be from Hanover Area School District.

Pre-admission tickets are $35 and are currently available for purchase. Cost includes a luncheon, fashion show, and prizes donated by area businesses and the women of the Wyoming Valley Woman’s Club. Doors open at 12:30. Between 1 and 4 p.m. there will be a luncheon, basket raffle and fashion show with seasonal clothing and accessories from local boutiques.
