Edwardsville police seek information on thefts from vehicles

EDWARDSVILLE — Police in Edwardsville are seeking information and video surveillance in the areas of Atlantic, Pugh, Cook and Short streets after parked vehicles were entered and items stolen.

Police on Tuesday released footage of four people pulling door handles and entering unlocked vehicles.

Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to call Edwardsville police at 570-288-8463.

they hit Hillside ave..a few weeks me and my neighbors had our back tires punctured n then a week later they broke into our cars..they rifled through the console n took a lighter..got nothing from my car only left the paperwork all over..

first of all everybody in Edwardsville already knows there's people stealing out of cars why you leave them unlocked common sense get a car with alarm on it or put one on it
