San Diego County Fair Declares Sellout Wednesday Amid Juneteenth Holiday Crowds
The San Diego County Fair declared it had sold out on Wednesday, as unusually large crowds packed the fairgrounds for the Juneteenth holiday. Officials with the 22nd District Agricultural Association, which owns and operates the Del Mar Fairgrounds and produces the fair, decided to declare that the event was sold out in order to mitigate heavy traffic congestion.
