Deion Sanders Sends Strong Three-Word Message To Bronny James' Critics
If there is anyone in sports who can relate to their sons being under unnecessary scrutiny because of how good they were during their career, it would be Colorado coach Deion Sanders. The NFL Hall of Famer, who also shined on the baseball diamond, was one of the best athletes we had ever seen. ...
Celebrations abound at Aspen’s Fourth of July, despite concern about American democracy
Festivities in Aspen for the Fourth of July were upbeat as families from across the country filled the streets wearing red, white, and blue. Despite the joyful and energetic atmosphere that filled Aspen’s pedestrian mall on Thursday, locals and visitors, when pressed, felt defeated about the future of American democracy.
Arapahoe County celebrates Independence Day with Englewood fireworks event
There will be plenty of ways to celebrate Independence Day in the Denver metro area and one will be in Englewood for their annual Independence Day event. You will be able to celebrate with food trucks, local vendors, and more. The annual 4th of July event is meant to bring together family and friends from all over Arapahoe County. Unfortunately, your furry friend won't be allowed unless your pet is a service animal. Proposed Broncos trade candidate simply makes no sense at this stage
There's nothing to be mile high about with the Denver Broncos. They are coming off a dreadful season and their current cap situation is a mess. Not to mention, wide receiver Courtland Sutton missed OTAs. The good news is, the former SMU wide receiver rejoined the Broncos for the mandatory minicamp. As such, it makes no sense as to why the franchise should even consider picking up the phone and calling the 49ers to try and trade for Brandon Aiyuk.
Free Agent Notes: Cancar, Suns, Lowry, Sixers, Martin, Hield
When the Nuggets declined their team option on Vlatko Cancar for the 2024/25 season, multiple reports indicated that the two sides would likely work out a new minimum-salary deal that would both increase the forward’s salary (from the $2.35MM the option would have paid to $2.43MM) and reduce Denver’s cap hit (from $2.35MM to $2.09MM).
Denver gets TONS of complaints about July 4th fireworks. We issue very few citations.
Most fireworks are illegal in Colorado, but you wouldn't know it if you've ever stood atop Ruby Hill on the Fourth of July. From there, any observer can see that the surrounding neighborhoods — nay, the whole city — erupt with color and flame on the big day. People who live nearby know the chorus of booms and bangs have been growing as the holiday inches closer.
Denver Broncos roster review: center Alex Forsyth
In 2014 the Broncos used the 207th pick in the NFL draft on a center from Boise State named Matt Paradis. Paradis did not play at all during his rookie season, but he used that year to build his “NFL body” and then stepped into the starting role for the 2015 season. If you have forgotten that season you should probably stop reading now since you cannot be a Broncos fan.
Milwaukee Brewers: Willy Adames Ejected For 2nd Time In His Career (Watch)
The Milwaukee Brewers shutout the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday night. Colin Rea delivered seven strong shutout innings and Jakob Junis picked up a multi inning save out of the bullpen. The Brew Crew managed to win despite shortstop Willy Adames watching this game from the clubhouse as he was ejected during the fifth inning.
