    2023-08-26

This creamy Tuscan ravioli is a quick and easy dish that can be prepared in under an hour, just perfect for those busy nights when you don't have much time to make dinner.

Tuscan food is based on Italian's idea of cucina povera or “poor cooking.” It’s two basic principles are simplicity and quality, building a concept of cooking that started very literally. It means simple meals that are inexpensive to cook and could be made easily into large amounts. This recipe is a perfect one pan pasta dinner that is not only delicious but simple to make, even for the most experienced cooks.
