2nd annual Sober Fest returns next month

Bridge House/Grace House have announced that Sober Fest is back this year on Saturday, November 18th from 11 am to 5 pm at The Sugar Mill in New Orleans.

Sober Fest was founded in 2022 and is a one day, alcohol-free music festival that features a variety of delicious menu items from local vendors and food trucks. The festival is family-friendly also includes a kids area. This year's musical line-up includes performances from Ivan Neville and Friends, George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners, Camile Baudoin and the Trombone Shorty Academy. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchasewith proceeds going directly to Bridge House/Grace House’s mission to provide treatment to men and women struggling with addiction.

Else Pedersen, CEO of Bridge House/Grace House said, “Sober Fest was created to promote the idea that recovery is not only attainable but also enjoyable. We were established with the belief that sustaining sobriety requires fulfilling basic needs, and this includes a safe space for entertainment. In a city known for its vibrant festival and music scene, we were amazed at the success of last year’s introductory festival and are thrilled to offer this opportunity to our community once again.”
