Justin Kennedy, General Manager and Head Chef of Parkway Bakery & Tavern is delighted to renew this partnership and welcome Crystal Hot Sauce to the Parkway Thanksgiving team. Kennedy said, “Supporting one another is a hallmark of New Orleans, and we extend a warm invitation to all to enjoy this special time of the year. The #IDidItForTheTurkey campaign champions a truly vital cause and is now bigger and better thanks to support from our friends at Crystal Hot Sauce."

Established in 2008, The Al Copeland Foundation's mission has been dedicated to saving lives and ending cancer. Their goal, through education and screening, is to offer prevention as the first line of defense. When a cancer diagnosis is made, we are providing greater access to groundbreaking and lifesaving clinical trials.
