Kevin Dillon named King Bacchus LV

Bacchus krewe captain Clark Brennan announced on Thursday that actor Kevin Dillon will serve as the krewe's king for 2024.

Dillon has appeared in both television and films since the 1980's with roles oin Platoon, The Doors, Blue Bloods, The Simpsons, 24 and NYPD Blue but Dillon is best known for his role as Johnny Drama on Entourage, a role that earned him 3 Emmy nominations and 2 Golden Globe nominations.

The "Super Krewe" parade with over 1,700 riders will roll on Sunday, February 11th at 5:15 pm through uptown New Orleans with the Bacchus Bash following after the parade at the Convention Center. Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame band Chicago will be headlining this year's ball.
