24th Annual Satchmo SummerFest: Honoring Louis Armstrong

Satchmo SummerFest is back for 2024 on Saturday, August 3rd - Sunday, August 4th, at the the New Orleans Jazz Museum at the old U.S. Mint. This free two-day celebration in New Orleans is one of the only festivals in the world that is dedicated to honoring musical icon Louis Armstrong.

Satchmo SummerFest features 4 stages of music, a menu of food and drinks from various Louisiana restaurants, and an incredible indoor lecture series that educate guests on Armstrong’s history and enduring impact.

This year's musical lineup will feature performances by Kermit Ruffins, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, John Boutte and more. Come out and enjoy the live music and some delicious dishes from Cafe Dauphine, 14 Parishes, Plum Street Snowballs and more.
