    Who loves Pizza but doesn't love the time and mess it makes to bake? Pizza monkey bread is a quick and easy way to enjoy pizza anytime and any place. This delicious recipe for bite size pizza is perfect for movie nights, tailgating or a quick weekend snack that your whole family will enjoy.

    INGREDIENTS:

    32 ounces of refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
    6 ounces of pepperoni slices
    2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
    ½ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
    ⅓ cup of butter, melted
    1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
    ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
    ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt
    Red pepper flakes
    Fresh parsley, for garnish
    Marinara sauce, for dipping

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
    3. Cut the refrigerated canned biscuits into quarters.
    4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheeses, Italian seasoning, melted butter, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Lightly toss until combined.
    5. Transfer the mix to the prepared bundt pan, spreading out evenly.
    6. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, covering with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
    7. Once it has done baking, carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large serving plate to release the bread.
    8. Garnish with some fresh parsley, serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
