With the weather getting cooler, this is best time of the year to bust out all those delicious stews and soups recipes. Being from the South, some of my favorites are seafood based like crawfish boil soup and this quick and easy seafood bisque. Made with crab, lobster and shrimp, this simple recipe makes a tasty and hearty meal for any cool fall night.

That is not a bisque! That is a soup/stew. Bisque are cream soups with no meat or anything in it.
