Ithaca man charged with burglary after foot chase with IPD
ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — An Ithaca man is accused of burglarizing a home. According to IPD, 29-year-old Elliot Gagnon was inside a house on South Titus Avenue last evening when he was seen by the resident. Police say the victim followed Gagnon to Center Street and pointed him out to officers.
