Deputies: Kentucky man charged after guns, drugs found during traffic stop in Wayne County
WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Kentucky man has been charged after drugs and guns were found during a traffic stop in Wayne County, deputies said. Kyler Wayne Messer, 18, of Louisa, Ky., was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and heroin and five counts of carrying a concealed weapon under 21 after a traffic stop in the Fort Gay area, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
