Washtenaw County Conservation District millage up for 6-year renewal on August ballot
WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A millage that funds the Washtenaw County Conservation District is set to expire in 2025, but voters may elect to extend it in the August election. The proposal seeks to renew the current 0.020-mill tax for another six years, meaning it will expire in 2031.

In total, 102 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $454,837. The average price per square foot ended up at $270.
