You can definitely notice the higher humidity, but it's still been a nice summer day. Quiet weather continues this evening with temperatures falling back into the 70s.

Big changes are on the way late tonight and into tomorrow. A stronger storm system with multiple low-pressure centers will be the driving force of our weather the next couple of days. A steady swatch of rain moves in late tonight through tomorrow morning, setting up a soggy commute.

Steady rain ends by tomorrow afternoon, but scattered storms should quickly develop. Any midday sunshine could enhance the threat of severe storms. The main event is definitely Thursday, but a secondary are of low pressure may bring lingering showers Friday and even Saturday.
