Hampton man arrested for deadly double shooting believed to have stemmed from argument
HAMPTON, Va. — A Hampton man has been arrested for a shooting two months ago that left two people dead. The Hampton Police Division said that with the help of the US Marshals Service, 35-year-old Phillip Lee Morris has been taken into custody in connection with the May 15 shooting in the Wythe area of the city.
