Where Clemson’s 2025 recruiting class ranks after huge commitment from 4-star Bryce Davis
Dabo Swinney and the Clemson football program have secured a major addition to their 2025 recruiting class. Four-star defensive end Bryce Davis committed to Clemson on Saturday, picking the Tigers over Georgia, Duke, and South Carolina. According to 247 Sports composite rankings, Davis is the No. 59 overall player and No. 8 defensive lineman in his class. The 6-foot-3, 245-pound edge rusher was a priority for Clemson, receiving one of their first offers last June. He visited several times over the past year, including an official visit in June. With the addition of Davis comes a jump in the Tigers’ 2025 class rankings. Clemson was off to a stellar start initially in this class, but things slowed down drastically—drastically until the addition of Davis, of course. Clemson’s 2025 class now ranks No. 11 overall for 247Sports composite rankings, No. 6 for On3, and No. 15 for Rivals, right around where the Tigers have been the past few seasons.
