    Governor appoints Levine to UT board

    COLUMBUS — Gov. Mike DeWine on Friday announced the appointment of Adam M. Levine, director of the Toledo Museum of Art, to the University of Toledo Board of Trustees through July 1, 2033.

    Nathan T. Boley, of Celina, was named a student member of the board through July 1, 2026.

    In other action related to northwest Ohio, the governor:

    • Reappointed Sandra K. Barber, former chairman of the Fulton County Republican Party, to the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission through June 30, 2029. She had originally been appointed by Gov. John Kasich in 2012.

    • Reappointed Matt Szollosi, a former state representative from Oregon who now lives in Columbus, to the State Lottery Commission through Aug. 1, 2027.

    • Appointed Cassandra M. Wilson, of Toledo, to the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council through 2026.
