A prolific Portland investor has cut a real estate deal with Warner Pacific University aimed at boosting online enrollment. Warner Pacific last month sold the Division Street Apartments on its Mount Tabor campus to Weston Investment Co. for $2.5 million, according to public records and school leaders.
