    Yisong (Rocky) Jiang is a prominent figure in automotive design, known for seamlessly merging aesthetics with functionality. Born in China, his passion for cars began at a young age, leading him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design at the ArtCenter College of Design in the U.S. There, he developed skills in sketching, 3D modeling, and research, which have shaped his approach to automotive design.

    A standout achievement in Jiang’s career is his role as the lead designer for the front fascia of the Fisker Ocean Force-E, an all-electric off-road concept vehicle. His design not only enhances the vehicle's appearance but also optimizes its off-road performance, with improved protection and airflow. This project solidified Jiang’s reputation for creating practical yet visually striking designs.

    Since joining Fisker Inc. in 2022 as an Exterior Designer, Jiang has contributed to key projects like the Force-E , Alaska and Ronin, both central to Fisker’s mission of developing sustainable, high-performance electric vehicles. His work was featured at Fisker’s Product Vision Day, showcasing his influence on the company’s future direction.

    Jiang remains committed to continuous learning, staying updated on design trends and technologies, while drawing inspiration from various fields beyond automotive design. His multidisciplinary approach ensures that his designs push the boundaries of what’s possible while remaining innovative and relevant.
