TOPEKA ( KSNT ) – Police are investigating reports of property damage at a local adult store in south Topeka Tuesday.

City of Topeka spokeswoman Rosie Nichols told 27 News in a written statement that officers with the Topeka Police Department (TPD) were called around 1:30 a.m. on July 16 to Cirilla’s located at 3330 SW Topeka Boulevard. Police arriving at the business found property damage and notified the owners. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

27 News recently spoke with local business owners in southwest Topeka after multiple reports of vandalism were made to the TPD. CBD American Shaman, Vapor World and Batteries Plus all reported damage at their businesses over the weekend. Glass was broken but no products were stolen.
