I thought public nudity was legal In Topeka 🤔( I am not saying it is OK but a law is a law ) ‼️‼️Maybe there is more to the story.🤔

I'm not in any way defending this guy's actions BUT I don't understand how you can get arrested for public nudity in a state where it's legal to be nude in public.....🤔🧐🤨
