I changed my oil every 6 months I got a 2000 GTP with 390,000 miles on it supercharged

Every 3,000 or 3 months period. My 4Runner has almost 340,000 miles and counting and has never leaked or burned anything, also the engine has never been opened up. Only regular oil changes.
