This gesture suggests that Devin could be plotting to have a place on the Artur Beterbiev vs Dmitry Bivol fight night in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. When Haney is ready to come back he has important decisions to move to the welterweight division and how he would manage to carry on his fights as he seeks to regain his place in the top tier of the sporting world and transition to the new world of the division.
