With Carlo Ancelloti ruling out any further incomings, it seems that Kylian Mbappe and Endrick will be the only summer signings for Real Madrid. They are still expected to dominate the La Liga this season.

Real Valladolid will surely be feeling a surge of confidence after their 1-0 victory over Espanyol. Raul Moro found the back of the net in the 23rd minute to secure a crucial three points for the home team. Last season, Paulo Pezzolano’s team came second in the Segunda Division, which earned them a spot back in the top flight. They have now managed to sign ten players, two of which came from Real Madrid. The biggest player to leave the team was Monchu, but they were able to keep a lot of their key players from last season.

Unfortunately for Real Madrid, Bellingham will be out until the end of September with a leg injury. He will be joining David Alaba and Eduardo Camavinga in the treatment room. Ferland Mendy is also out because he got a red card against Mallorca. Due to this, Fran Garcia will likely start at left-back, while Luka Modric should be Bellingham’s replacement.

Real Valladolid will unfortunately be without Anuar Tuhami till September due to a hernia issue. Andre Ferreira is back in action after serving a suspension, and there’s good news on Kenedy’s fitness as well. It is expected that head coach Pezzolano will stick with the same lineup from the first match of the season. Mamadou Sylla scored eight league goals last year and should again lead the line. Moro and Amath Ndiaye should also play on the flanks in a 4-5-1 setup.
