Factors to consider are the number of uniforms presets the team has, color schemes, and the history behind the team uniforms. This should come as no surprise to any fans of College Football, Oregon has the most uniform combinations by far. Nike co-founder Phil Knight is an alumnus of the school and has been very generous to the program. The flashiness of the uniforms may not be for everybody but with so many options and a general approval from fans, this school easily belongs.

Ohio State Buckeyes

A classic color scheme and uniform that has lasted for generations, the silver helmet with the iconic stickers Ohio State is one of the most unique uniform sets in the country. What separates Ohio State from the others is the recent alternate uniforms, sporting an all-black and all-gray set in the last decade.

Boise State Broncos

Maybe a surprise to some Boise State has a very unique but fitting color scheme of blue and orange, even going as far as to have a blue field. Before Oregon, they were known to have the "flashiest" uniforms and the bright colors still stand strong to this day. A very underrated team and uniform set.

Honorable Mentions

Louisville Cardinals

The slick combination of the red and white with the red and black gothic style font on the jersey, Louisville has every right to be here with that alone. When you add the alternate uniforms Louisville may be the perfect balance of flashy and traditional, a simple color scheme easier on the eyes compared to some in this article.

Texas Tech Red Raiders

There is a clear bias here for Texas Tech but even from an outsider's view Texas Tech has a great uniform set. The Red Raiders had just signed a new contract with Adidas, building more opportunities for improvement as well. A simple red white and black color scheme works well especially when it is matched with a crowd of the same color.

Conclusion

While College Football 25 has a wide variety of uniform presets and combinations to choose from, I prefer certain alternate uniforms from other teams not listed. The UH powder blue uniform for example is worth mentioning but ultimately it comes down to all of the uniform presets for a team not just one. Fans will be pleased to know that College Football 25 has 625 different uniform combinations to choose from.
